IMPACT - Upward Bound Program is a college preparatory academic enrichment program for high school students, ages 13-19, who share interest and aptitude for obtaining a college degree. IMPACT - Upward Bound provides activities that are conducted during the academic year as well as during the summer. Participation in the program allows students to enhance their abilities in order to achieve their full academic potential.

IMPACT - UB serves 60 high school students attending one of our target high schools: Baker High School & Belarie High School.
